Photo Toolkit Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Solvioza handles information when you use the Photo Toolkit Android app. Photo Toolkit is an offline-first image utility for compression, resizing, cropping, format conversion, metadata removal, watermarking, screenshot stitching, signature creation, color picking, and passport photo layout generation.

Offline-First Photo Processing

Photo Toolkit is designed so your selected images are processed on your device. The app does not currently request internet access in its Android manifest and does not send your selected photos to Solvioza servers.

Data Access, Use, and Sharing

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Photo Toolkit does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or personal profile information. Photo Toolkit does not upload your selected photos to Solvioza servers for processing.

2. Photos and Files You Select

When you choose photos, screenshots, logos, or folders, Android gives Photo Toolkit access only to the items or folders you select through Android system pickers. Image processing is performed locally on your device. Selected images are not sent to a cloud server by Photo Toolkit.

3. Output Files and Save Location

Processed images are saved to the default device location or to the folder you choose through Android system folder access. If you select a custom save folder, Photo Toolkit stores the folder permission URI locally so future exports can be saved there. You can reset the save location from the app settings.

4. Recent History, Favorites, and Settings

Photo Toolkit stores recent operation records, favorite tools, and app preferences locally on your device. Recent records may include the operation type, a reference to input or output file URIs, operation time, and a short result description. Preferences may include theme, color preset, language, default compression quality, export format, and save destination.

5. Metadata Handling

Some tools read image information such as file name, file size, image format, and EXIF metadata so the app can show details or remove metadata when requested. Metadata removal creates a new processed image and does not modify the original file unless you manually replace it outside the app.

6. Sharing and Third Parties

Photo Toolkit does not sell personal data. The current app does not include ads, analytics, billing, account services, or cloud processing. If you choose to share an exported image, Android opens the system share sheet and your selected destination app handles that file under its own terms and privacy policy.

Permissions and Storage

Photo Toolkit uses Android system pickers and Android storage access controls. You choose which images or folders the app can access. Folder access is granted only for the folder you select, and you can revoke access through Android settings or reset the save destination inside the app.

The app uses Android FileProvider when sharing or opening exported files with other apps. Those files are shared only after you choose a share or open action.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app settings, recent records, favorites, and saved folder permissions remain on your device until you change them, clear them in the app where available, clear app data, or uninstall Photo Toolkit. Exported images remain in the location where you saved them until you delete them using your gallery, file manager, or another Android storage tool.

Because Photo Toolkit does not require accounts and does not upload your selected photos to Solvioza servers in the current app version, Solvioza does not maintain an app account or cloud photo store to delete for you.

Security

Photo Toolkit relies on Android's app sandbox, selected file access, and storage permission model. No app or device can guarantee absolute security, so keep backups of important images and avoid processing sensitive files on devices you do not trust.

Children's Privacy

Photo Toolkit is a general image utility and is not directed to children under 13. Solvioza does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Photo Toolkit.

Changes to This Policy

Solvioza may update this Privacy Policy when Photo Toolkit features or data practices change. If future versions add ads, analytics, billing, account features, cloud processing, AI services, or other third-party services, this policy should be updated before or when those features are released.
